Immunochromatographic express diagnostics high-tech method that allows outside the laboratory conditions and within 5-15 minutes to obtain a qualitative definition of a number of important markers, viruses, antibodies in the blood, which allows to diagnose a large range of serious diseases such as myocardial infarction, oncological diseases, infectious diseases. The use of immunochromatographic test systems allows to detect diseases at an early stage and prevent their development. Importantly, as a test sample, you can use capillary blood and serum or plasma, a smear, urine or fecal mass.
The procedure for performing the analysis using immunochromatographic tests is very simple: just take a blood sample, apply to a test strip or test-cassette and in 5-15 minutes you can get a response: "YES" or "NO".
Principle of operation of immunochromatographic tests:
The sample (whole blood, serum, plasma) deposited on the substrate moves along the membrane and reaches the zones where antibodies or antigens are located. There is a specific binding of the antigen present in the sample with specific antibodies to it.
As a result, one or two clearly colored bands appear on the membrane, indicating a negative or positive test result.
Conjugated dyes based on colloidal gold are used to visualize antigen-antibody complexes.
